What we collect

When you use the free-audit form, we receive your name, company, work email, container volume and any message you write. When you work with us, we receive the invoices, shipping records and contracts you choose to send.

What we use it for

Only to reply to you, run your audit, and prepare and follow up on disputes you approve. We don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.

Who else sees it

• Carriers, terminals or the Federal Maritime Commission, but only the documents needed for a dispute you've approved.
• The services we use to run Dwellback: our email provider (Zoho Mail), our website host (Vercel), and our email delivery service (Resend), which passes form messages to our inbox.

The calculator

The invoice calculator runs entirely in your browser. Numbers you type into it aren't sent to us or anyone else.

How long we keep it

Client documents are deleted within 90 days after our work together ends, or sooner if you ask. Form messages are kept as ordinary email.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time. Write to dev@dwellback.com.

Confidentiality

We sign an NDA before you share any shipping or invoice data.
